Dental Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with technical support, addressing their intricate queries, and offering innovative dental solutions. Furthermore, selecting the most suitable products tailored to their unique requirements.
  • Establish and implement strict quality control standards to ensure that the quality of dental products meets industry stands.
  • Track dental technology and industry trends, and conduct market research and competitive analysis in order to provide companies with competitive product recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, technical specifications, and reports to ensure data accuracy and traceability.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. oral medicine/dentistry, materials science, biomedical engineering).
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, especially in the dental industry.
  • Familiar with the properties and applications of dental materials and products.
  • Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to cooperate effectively with people from different departments.
Dental Product Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Design reasonable experimental plans to conduct hardness analysis, thermodynamic analysis, biocompatibility analysis, etc. of dental products and dental materials.
  • Accurately record experimental data and test results, generate test reports, and interpret results.
  • Follow laboratory safety regulations and maintain laboratory equipment.

Requirements

  • Master degree or above in Dentistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fields.
  • Have relevant work experience in dental product analysis, and be familiar with the methods and techniques of dental product testing and analysis.
  • Familiar with common analytical instruments and equipment, such as high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometer, etc.
  • Possess good experimental skills and data analysis skills, and be able to conduct experiments and interpret results accurately and carefully.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work with cross-functional team members to solve problems and move projects forward.
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills, able to handle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Dental Product Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new customers, gathering and delving into customer information, and unearthing intricate customer needs.
  • Maintain a strong rapport with existing customers to deliver top-notch services and foster heightened customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently introduce our dental products and solutions to customers and provide them with professional product demonstrations and training.
  • Collaborating closely with the adept sales team to mold sales objectives and ingenious strategies. 
  • Grasping hold of the prevailing competitive landscape, punctually submitting all market data, analyzing sales figures and trends, and formulating astute recommendations to enhance the caliber of our products and services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in marketing, sales management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the sales of laboratory equipment and products and experience in sales of dental products will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an affinity.
  • The ideal candidate must possess outstanding team collaboration abilities to collaborate with internal teams.
