This fusion product results from gene fusion, combining five Ig-binding regions from protein L, five IgG binding domains from Protein A, and two Ig-binding regions from protein G. Through careful design, non-specific binding regions such as those for cell wall and albumin have been removed to optimize specific IgG binding efficiency. |
